Athletics and physical education are a big part of C-FB ISD. Certified physical education teachers are available in all schools. For the fourth year, the Athletics Department completed the state-required Fitnessgram Assessment for students in grades 3-12. The Athletics Department staff also correlated the Fitnessgram data to individual student TAKS results and shared the information with each student's principal, with a view to improving student academic achievement.
